Refunds

Short version: the lifetime calculator has a 14-day refund. Nothing else is eligible for a refund, including the monthly calculator plan and the full Flowery system. Monthly plans can be canceled any time.

The lifetime calculator (one payment)

• Try it on your website. If it isn’t the right fit for your studio, email hello@flowery.co within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, and you don’t need a reason.
• The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• When it’s refunded, your calculator and the five free months of Flowery that come with it end. If you’ve already signed up, you get three days’ notice before your account moves to the regular plans.
• After 14 days the calculator is yours to keep and is not eligible for a refund.

Monthly plans and the full Flowery system: not eligible for refunds

• You build and preview your calculator free, with no card. You pay when it goes live on your website.
• Cancel any time from Studio, Billing. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and it is not refunded, in full or in part.
• Think you were charged in error? Email us and we’ll look into it.

Payments couples make to florists

When a couple pays a florist through Flowery, that money goes to the florist’s own Stripe account. Refunds for those payments are between the couple and the florist, and the florist issues them from their Stripe dashboard.

Email hello@flowery.co from the address you bought with. A real florist reads every message and replies within two business days.
