Plenty of CRMs. Only one starts before the inquiry.
I was tired of hearing couples say the wedding industry isn’t transparent, and how hard it is to get information. I searched everywhere for a tool that fixed it. I asked other CRMs to build it. They said no. I was told it was a terrible idea.
So I built it myself. Inquiries went up. Bookings went even higher. And the ghosting stopped, because it was never my work. It was the budget, and now couples see the number first.
That fixed the inquiry. Everything after it was still clunky and expensive. I was paying $275 a month for a platform that wasn’t seamless and took too long. What mattered now were the leads, and I wanted them in one place instead of manual. A seamless workflow didn’t exist, so I built that too. One system for the couple and the florist. Estimate, lead, proposal, contract, payment, every conversation. It flows. It’s clear and easy, because that is luxury.
First of its kind. Built by a florist, for the talented florist. Good thing I didn’t listen. Come join me. We do things a little differently around here.
Gen Z is retraining an entire industry and I love them for it. I will not schedule a consult to discuss my budget. Tell me your prices clearly or go away forever.Olive&Jack, on my videos
the price transparency is why I booked!!!Cami M., booked client
Honestly even if you were out of my price range this would 100% make me want to work with youNatalie D.
I quite literally won’t even inquire if they don’t have the prices upfront on their website. I don’t want to waste your time, I don’t want to waste my time.user6767, on my videos

Couples build their own honest estimate on your website, with your prices, your brand and your inquiry link, and arrive at your form already knowing your range works. It’s the exact calculator from hydrangeabloom.com, ready for your studio.
Every week a couple leaves a florist’s website because they couldn’t find a number. That’s thousands of dollars, quietly, on repeat. It’s happening on your site right now, and you’ll never see it in your inbox.
The calculator at the top of this page is exactly what couples see on your site, in your colors and your fonts.
Back to the calculatorOpen the builder. Change the words, colors, fonts, prices and your minimum, and watch the real calculator change. It’s the same builder you get in Flowery.
Open the builderYou are on one platform. The couple is on one platform. Get rid of the Google Docs, the sheets, the links, the Canva board, the recipe builders, all of it. One couple, from the night they price their wedding on your website to the day they pay in full.

I built this because I was tired, for the couples and for the florists like me. Couples not getting the information they needed, and florists spending hours on wasted leads, broken workflows, and systems that didn’t flow like they should. So here we are, flowing with Flowery.Allison Krivachek-Halley · Hydrangea Bloom
You get a seamless system, because luxury is ease. You’re talented and you deserve to be seen. Price transparency is the fastest and best way to do it.
Your real price list, low and high per piece, with your fee built in. Couples see a range, not a guess.
For couples who would rather just write to you. Same list, same follow-up.
Start from what they picked. Add a description per piece that they read too.
Variety and color notes with photos at the top, an optional board at the bottom, dropped straight from Pinterest.
Your terms, with the couple, the date and the venue stamped on top of every one. Signed by typing a name.
Deposit books the date. Balance split however you like. Card through your own Stripe, or record a check.
Every question on the proposal page and in your inbox. Nothing lost in texts.
Your colors, your fonts and your logo, on the calculator and on every proposal a couple opens.
What goes into each piece, one sheet for the wholesaler and one for the designer.
Booked dates flow to Google Calendar and block a second wedding that day.
The calculator is the same in all three. What changes is how you pay for it, and what happens after a couple sends their estimate.

Build it and see it before you pay. If it isn’t the right fit for your studio, email me. No forms, no hoops, no hard feelings. I’d rather you have the tool that fits than keep money from a florist it didn’t serve. The lifetime calculator has a 14-day refund. The monthly plan cancels any time.
Short answers to the things florists email me before they buy.
If you want the calculator for good, the lifetime calculator. It’s the same hosted calculator as the monthly plan, with your leads, analytics and new features, but you pay once: $497 is about ten months of the monthly plan, and it comes with five free months of the full system. If you’d rather pay as you go, the $49 plan: build it free, and pay when it goes on your website. If you want everything from estimate to booked, the full system: calculator owners are in the beta now, and everyone else can join the waitlist.
Yes. Start on the $49 plan and move up to the full system from Billing whenever you’re ready. Everything carries over. On the $49 plan and want to own it? Buy the lifetime calculator and your monthly payments stop at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
No. Your calculator lives in Flowery, so there’s nothing to download, install or update. Change a price and your website changes with it, and new features show up on their own.
Never. You fill in boxes, then paste one short line on your website, once. After that your calculator updates itself whenever you change a price.
No problem. Set it up yourself, then send your designer or web person one short line to paste. It takes them about two minutes, and every change after that happens in Flowery.
Every number, every item, every section. A low and a high, or the same number twice for a flat price. Call things whatever you call them. There is no cap on items.
Your colors with the exact codes from your brand kit, any font on Google Fonts, your logo, your words. On the calculator and on every proposal a couple opens.
Couples build their estimate, then choose to have it emailed to them. A copy comes to you with their name, wedding date, venue and exactly what they built, with the range in the subject line. It also lands in your leads list, and on the full system it becomes your proposal. Nothing to set up.
It filters, and that’s the point. Couples outside your range quietly self-select out instead of eating a consultation, and couples inside it arrive confident and ready to book. On my own site, transparency became the brand’s biggest differentiator.
They can already call your shop and ask. A competitor was never the thing standing between you and that number. What publishing actually does is stop couples from guessing you’re out of reach and quietly clicking away. Your prices aren’t what makes you hard to replace. Your work is.
Yes, and that’s where most couples will use it. They price their wedding at eleven at night on the couch, not at a desk. The steppers are sized for thumbs and everything stacks on a small screen. So does the proposal page.
Any website that allows custom code. Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Showit, WordPress, and anything else with an embed or code block. No plugins.
It’s in beta now. Calculator owners can sign up today with the email they bought with, and their first five months are free. The beta guide walks through it. Everyone else, join the waitlist on the Flowery card above and you’ll get an email the moment your spot opens.
Yes, me. Book a 30-minute walkthrough on Google Meet. Bring your questions, or share your screen and we’ll set up your calculator together.
Only if you take card payments through Flowery, and you never have to. Take checks, Venmo, Zelle or bank transfers, record them in the wedding’s payments, and you’ll never pay the 1%. The 1% covers managing electronic payments on the platform, and it’s how I keep the Studio plan at $99 for everyone, since not every florist takes cards. That said, I highly suggest offering cards. It’s the easiest way for a couple to pay their deposit right from their proposal. Stripe’s own card processing fee is separate, the same as anywhere you take cards.
No. Your download keeps working, and you can move to the hosted calculator free, any time. Sign up with the email you bought with and it’s yours for life, plus your free months of the full system. Then click “Have the calculator? Bring it in” and your prices, sections and wording come across.
One purchase covers one business, forever. Your calculator lives in your Flowery account and runs on your own website. No subscription. Designers building for clients: each client studio needs its own copy. Email me for multi-use pricing.
Get it? Flow, and flower. The calculator can be on your site in 20 minutes. The rest of the flow is in beta now for calculator owners, and the waitlist is open for everyone else.
