Affiliate terms

1. How it works
You get a personal link to flowery.co. When a florist visits through your link and signs up within 60 days, they're tied to you. If they visit through someone else's link later, the newest link counts.
Florists who come through a link get 30 days free with their calculator live on their website.
2. What you earn
- Creators, educators and designers: 25% of each subscription payment from a florist you referred, for their first 12 months of payments, and 20% of any Studio Kit bought through your link.
- Florists using Flowery: when a florist you referred makes their first payment, you each get one free month.
Commission is figured on what the florist actually paid for their subscription, before any sales tax. It doesn't include the 1% on card payments couples make.
3. Getting paid
Commissions are paid once a month, by the 15th, once you're owed $50 or more. Payment goes by PayPal or bank transfer to the details you give us. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is taken back from your next payout.
If you live in the United States, we'll ask for a W-9 before your first payout, and you're responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
4. Sharing your link
- Say that you earn a commission whenever you share your link, for example "I earn a commission if you sign up." This is required by law for paid recommendations.
- Don't run paid ads on the word "Flowery," and don't present yourself as Flowery.
- Don't refer yourself or your own second studio, and don't send spam.
- Be honest about what Flowery does. Real screenshots and your real experience only.
5. Changes and ending
We can change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. You can leave any time. Commission you've earned before the end date is still paid. We can remove anyone who breaks these terms, and unpaid commission from links used against these terms isn't owed.
6. Everything else
You're an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of Flowery. Our terms of service and privacy policy also apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
